Up.

Well I finally weighed myself. I'm up 15 pounds. Today's weight 174.4. My all time high was 185, so I didn't gain it all back.

It is disappointing though, I had just gotten down into the 150s.

I've refocused and had a good week of exercise. My Fitbit died, but a new one will be here next week.

First goal: Get back into the 160s. I can do this.

Would love some encouragement from folks who lost and gained some back.
