HIIT, Abs, and dance?!

well guys I woke up yesterday and didn't want to work out. Afternoon I felt like I would die if I wouldn't work out. So I did a very tough HIIT workout based on the new K&D's workout. Hilarious! And then I did abs. After that I wanted to do more and my body didn't want to rest yet and the weird thing is that I wanted to dance. So I did free style dancing. I danced and danced till I died. Lol. At the end I was dripping in sweat and that was the best feeling I've ever had in my life. I am so proud and motivated💃
