HKS Accountability Group Oct 24

Good morning!

This morning went from, "i don't want to work out," to "I don't want to NOT workout, but I just want to move," to "I want to feel like I just got my butt handed to me!"

Even with the low impact version, I could feel my lungs burning and I'm shaky and sweaty. I'll definitely be coming back to this video - I can see this one as one of the go-tos for building up my cardio endurance, when I'm ready to do that.
