Hair!

So I’ve read the article Kelli wrote about hair care. I only wash 1-2 times a week now and it works pretty well for me. If I wash on Sunday, I can usually wear it down until Tuesday and then braid Wednesday, wash again Wednesday night, and repeat until Sunday wash. I workout in the mornings before work.

I have naturally frizzy full hair. After a wash I run a straightener through it to tame the frizz. My problem is that when I sweat during my workout, it undoes the straightening and I’m left with frizz again! Or, if I pull it back in a ponytail during my workout (even using one of the phone cord type scrunchies) when I’m done working out I’m left with a bump all the way around my head 🤦‍♀️.

How do you keep your hair looking fresh while working out during the week!?
