Hitting goal achievements!

I just wanted to come and share my new achievement that I hit today, as I was super proud of how far I've come and it's all thanks to FB and the community here!

I decided to increase my weights today and I did 2 sets of 8 reps at 100lbs for deadlifts. That's officially me using my entire powerblock set that I have for the first time! I also did a set of 8 rep squats with 80lbs. Most of the effort in the squats was physically getting the weights up onto my shoulders, as that's no mean feat in itself lol.

I had set a goal of using the whole 100lbs for deadlifts when I bought the set in November last year, so I'm super proud of myself for hitting it already. I was so excited, I just had to share with everyone on here as I know how supportive everyone can be.

I want to hear everyone else's recent achievements (scale, weightlifting, motivation, nutrition etc) so we can all feel good about what we are capable of when we want something!
