No excuses

Hello der FB family,

I recently started a new job and was a bit concerned if it was going to have an impact on my workouts, because I am on business trips quite a bit. But so far I managed to reschedule my workouts to fit into my week when necessary and today even earned my second workout complete in a hotel room.

Of course, I cannot bring my weights in my trips but I rearrange workouts so that I can do bodyweight workouts on days when I am not at home or I just try to work against myself...

So what I want to say: stay motivated when life gets in the way! You all got this!! And working out a little or with no weights is really a great option to.

And if it really does not work out, don't be afraid to miss a workout... I had to do that, too.
