A cautionary tale-don’t be me.

This morning I scheduled this workout:

I’ve done it before, difficult but not impossible.

I had school yesterday, so I didn’t eat much, a sandwich, some fruit, a salad for dinner last night at around 5:30 and that was it. I typically work out on an empty stomach and eat after.

I had to stop and take extra breaks at least 5 times, I got dizzy during the burpees, and forget about the jumping lunges. One set was it before heavily modifying. I kept thinking, wth is wrong with me?

I DIDN’T FUEL MY BODY PROPERLY. Derp. Don’t be me, people. Eat before you HIIT.
