HKS Accountability Group Oct 21

Good morning!

Today was a quick workout. I had something different scheduled, but I woke up late - instead of not working out, though, I just scrabbled together a good base with a warm up and cool down. Still got 30 minutes in with https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/no-equipment-butt-and-thigh-workout-at-home-bodyweight-lower-body-workout and the first half had me crying lol.

My NSV of today is that... I'm getting stronger with curtsy lunges! When I first started here, they made me so wobbly, anytime weighted curtsy lunges came up, I would bodyweight only, and I would wobble all over the place. Now I can do a proper curtsy lunge with good form. I think when I do Strong again, I can weight them. I'm so pleased!
