Study Abroad Workouts

Hi all!

I have been working out with FitnessBlender for almost four years now. I am currently doing a study abroad program in the wonderful city of Venice, Italy. It is the first time I do not have access to weights in two years (my college had free accesss to the gym, and here the prices are steep for membership).

Can anybody recommend some good bodyweight workouts or programs, especially ones that are low impact and do not cause disturbances to neighbors? I hope to run a little bit while I am here if it is not too cold, too! I am just afraid to give up on exercising because I love it so much.
