Just completed my first 1000-calorie workout

I had thought about doing this a while ago but I think I didn't have the endurance necessary to get through a 1000-calorie workout before now. After two rounds of FB Strong and completing FB Burn R2, I think I was physically and mentally ready to try. I chose the shortest 1000-calorie workout https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/1000-calorie-workout-for-2-million-subscribers-at-home-workout-to-burn-1000-calories and yes it was long, and yes it was demanding, but I surprised myself with how I pushed through every single exercise all the way to the end. Even the HIIT portion, which is much longer than usual HIIT sections in regular FB workouts, did not phase me (though I used the modified version of the exercises most of the time). I am beat but it was totally worth it.
