I interrupted the workout!

Today I did a very light HIIT and Abs Workout. I don´t know but since the last couple of days I´ve had no strength to work out. Yesterday I started working out but interrupted my workout 5 minutes after. Today I tried to push harder and got it done but I didn´t give it even 80% of my strength. But you konw what? Main thing that I got my body moved and my workout done and I´m happy about that ! :)
