Here I go AGAIN

I just got my first workout complete for day 1 of the FB 30 program.

My issue is that I have tried this program 4 times before and not completed it.

I have a very stressful demanding full time job, four children and I’m married.

I don’t do excuses but I’m really struggling to keep 3o mins a day for exercise. I am overweight and I am concerned about my health.

I have found success before by selecting a regular slot to exercise and sticking to it - I get up every day at 5:45 and am home on average at 6:45 sometimes later then I have dinner, and the bedtime routine with the kids before having more work to do before bed.

If there are any other busy folk with tips or advice I would really appreciate it....
