Not losing weight

So I know it isnt long but I started with the FB low impact 4 week plan to get my body moving and lose some weight. So far it’s been a week and I have lost 1 kg. From 65.6 to 64.6 kg. At 5”1 I have to lose another 9 kg. And I am keeping track of the calories I’m taking and keeping it simple, I know a lot of people do keto or other stuff but I don’t think I’d be able to sustainably do that. I say this since I am also preparing for a huge dental licensing exam at the moment as well and studying and the stress it doesn’t seem the best. That being said I find myself feeling like I’m not doing enough and I’m afraid if I wouldn’t be able to lose the weight and get back to being healthy again. I know it’s silly but 3 days back I was at 64.3 and now it’s 64.6 so I feel maybe I’m not doing this right.

I know I should be patient and go on and see since a week is too short a time to analyze this but that 0.3 gain is scaring me more than it should.
