half-marathon and back to FB

Hey FB family!

Last weekend I ran a half-marathon and I'm really happy that I made the whole distance and I'm still alive! I trained during summer, not as much as I should have but obviously it was enough somehow. I always wanted to do FB workouts as well, at least some stretching or core workouts but I never made it besides running ... The last six weeks of training I started to hate running and just wanted to go back to FB. But I pushed through. But NOW it's time for FB again! I have the feeling that my legs are strong but the rest of my body feels so weak ... I will start on Sunday with FB 30 Round 4 or FB Strong to get moving. Can't decide yet ...
