Accountability

Just posting this as an accountability measure for myself. July-Mid Sept were really good months for me workout-wise.

Completely fell off the wagon since then and desperately need to get back on. My mental health and obviously my physical health are crashing.

Because I still feel like I'm not in exactly the right frame of mind to workout, I'm starting the Low Impact program tomorrow. Hoping some "easier" workouts will allow me to gradually get back into things.

Grad school is all consuming right now, but I can't be a good student/wife/mom when I don't take care of myself.

I'm aiming for 3 workouts a week until the semester is over. When winter break arrives, I plan on switching to a more intense program since I will "just" be momming it up then!

I seriously feel like I'm pulling myself out of some deep dark well, but I can kind of see the light!
