Demotivated

I had started using FB regularly since this June. I was doing a Level 3 Cardio daily and lost 1 kg by July. Then I injured myself by going too hard, as you do. I took rest in August, I had to go slower in September, Level 1 or 2 Warm Up Cardio and Pilates. It doesn’t feel as exciting, but my fitness level has obviously dropped, so I get out of breath with a Level 3. So I got demotivated, hated working out, and got irregular. By October, I have gained 2 kegs, and I think it’s starting to show. I’m feeling hopeless. I’ve hit a dead end, I can’t get forward. Due to being overweight, I can’t exercise as hard, but working low impact is not making any progress. These days when I start a workout I get thoughts of shame and worthlessness, and I feel like quitting the workout halfway. Any advice?
