Dropping weights

This was my first day of the strong workout. With a couple of the exercises I had to drop my weights completely. Not sure why this was happening but it was like my body was telling me either drop the weights or I will drop you. I listened and just did body weight. It was reverse lunges and curtsy lunges that I had horrible trouble with today. I was able to use weights with everything else. with those two I was weak today. I think my body was fine with me exercising today as long as I did what it said. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
