Throwing my back out...

I have a really bad back. I throw it out on average once every 3-5 months. Well today my back is at it again. And i can't workout. I am SO frustrated because I want to keep up my workouts. I don't want to fall into a pattern of not doing it. I know I need to listen to my body but this is just awful. ☹️

I just needed to vent I guess. And for those of you who will ask, I have my first chiropractor appointment in 2 weeks. I'm hopeful they can help.
