3 days per week better than 5?

Hi! I’ve been blending for about 2 years. Initially I saw toning and size dropping, but for the last 6 months, I gained size and weight. I’ve been tracking calories and decided to do XT program with some additional running to shake things up. Since then, I’ve lost almost 5 lbs in a month!

I’m wondering if there are bodies that need to work out less in order to lose weight? Is that a thing? I was totally comfortable with 5-6 days of workouts and 3-4 days makes me feel like I’m cheating, but I’d love to hear some more perspectives on this.

I’m so relieved to be breaking thru this plateau! 🙌🏼
