Hate to say it, but it's getting to be "that" time of year. Stew time.
Actually, for us, there's nothing as comforting as a bowl of home-made stew, wonderfully flavored and packed with nutrients to keep your body in great shape.
Also, stews (especially when prepared in a slow cooker!) can be the ultimate time-saver in helping maintain a healthy diet without spending time with long cooking steps.
There isn't a specific recipe for creating the perfect stew – we just make sure to add plenty of ingredients to nourish our bodies with a wide variety of nutrients. Vegan, vegetarian, omnivore...there are so many different combinations that work well and taste great!
