Fat Reduction..HELP!

Though I have been building muscle, I feel like I have kept the same amount of fat on. I have recently started eating a healthier diet with my fiancé, we had a very very poor diet due to income. What can I do different to see fat loss results? I feel bad about myself today. I have been doing fitness blender for over a year now. The healthy diet started around 2 weeks ago.
