Good Morning Everyone,

Good thing today is a lower body strength workout for me. After throwing and splitting oak all morning yesterday the upper body is still sore.

I am still deciding if I will do the extra credit challenge. I did get my walk in yesterday after doing the wood. Today walk I plan on doing before getting super busy in the gardens.
