Lately, I’ve been using a mirror to check my form, which for the most part has been spot on! (Yay). But, I’ve found that I also get discouraged bc I don’t like how I look, yet - specifically my arms. It has put such a damper on the joy of working out but I’m trying to buck up and get over it since I know I’m working hard and results will come. Does anyone else workout in front of a mirror? Have you had these self-defeating thoughts?
