How to get back on track

Ever since I came back to college, I feel like all the progress that I have made has suddenly faded away. I’ve been doing work non-stop since the school year has started not really having the time to take breaks or even eat properly. It’s hard to be back in college.

I’ve lost track of my eating patterns and lately, doing workouts isn’t as fun since I’m not taking care of myself properly. My eating disorder is completely out of hand to where now I’m binging and feeling more guilty in what I’m eating.

What is the best way to get back on track? I want to be able to be happy, distressed and calm back in college.
