Calories Burned

I use the Lose It app to track my calorie input/output for each day and I have a question about calories burned in the FB workouts. I just started my second round of Flex/Booty mix and the flex work out for today says calories burned are between 200-640. That’s a huge range! I am not super picky about this. I’ve been using this method for awhile to lose/maintain weight and have seen success, but on a day like this can anyone give me some feedback on how to get close on this? Thanks!
