Feeling: wired

Not wired in a bad way, exactly, but I started today out feeling a mounting adrenalinated anxiety about the week to come (work, family, holiday, guests, all in the next 3 days, yikes) and once I started working out that anxious energy transformed into something better but still buzzy. Which I think means I should get off the computer and apply this buzzing energy to all the many tasks I have ahead of me! Feels good to be back after yesterday's rest day.
