Not seeing results

Hello Fb family, I am working out with Fb for atleast 5 years now. I usually workout free 5 days routine shifting every 4-5 months. I saw results in the beginning but now i am not seeing any results. I also try to decrease/increase calories and the repetitions in strength training from 8 reps to 10 or 15 every 6 weeks. Still looks like my body have hit a platuae since almost a year now. I have taken pictures and body has got toned a bit but not any drastic change even being regular with healthy eating and working out consistently. Feeling depressed!
