Felt like crap today, but craved a workout

I live in North Carolina, and the weather here can’t make up its mind. One day it’s cold...the next it’s hot, so my sinuses have been a mess.

Also, I indulged in pizza last night since I felt too blah to cook. Needless to say, my body no longer craves those foods. The pizza tasted nothing like I remember, and actually ended up making me more sick.

I was going to skip my scheduled workout today and rest, but a part of me was craving to sweat out what I ate the day before. I took a little bit of an extra rest between reps. Regardless, I made it through. I hope I didn’t push it, but I have to admit...I do feel a bit better.
