Getting Back on Track

Lately, I've been terrible about the way I'm eating and I haven't been working out at all. I was eating barely any vegetables, I ate lots of cheese and I had lots of sugar. I don't remember the last time I've worked out because I've gotten so busy. Not working out is probably what's causing me to eat like this.

It's time that I got back on track and so far the last two days I've eaten pretty healthy. Here's to hoping that I actually get in a workout tomorrow.
