Shoulder out of order, any tips?

Hey everyone!

I'm dragging around a weird shoulder problem for some time now, which was preceded by a weird back problem... I've been doing FB Reach while the back thing was going on. As soon as my back was better my shoulder gave up (no idea what caused this) and I had to stop this program as well.

My first reaction to this was ordering some workout complete gear 🙈

but now I'm really tired of not doing anything workoutwise, this is so depressing.

So here's a tough one:

Any tips for light workouts (legs/abs) where I don't have to lie on my back, move my shoulder or put pressure on it 😅 oh and, impact is bad too. sorry.
