So crazy..

I started working out with FB in January of this year. I worked out EVERY WEEK for the last 6-1/2 months 5/6 days a week. I did not miss a workout. Through sickness and all kinds of other crap I always made sure to do SOMETHING. And I felt amazing!! Early September things went off the rails a bit. I started eating really badly, stress is piling on (I'm getting married in a month), I totaled my car 2 weeks ago. So I had been taking it really easy for a few weeks. Cut to this past Monday, I started up FB30 Round 1 again (the first program I completed). So I hadn't done a REAL workout in probably 2 weeks. And I cannot believe how much endurance I've lost!!!!!!! I am sore all over again in every area of my body and feeling so weak. I am NOT giving up and this is just a minor roadblock but I'm feeling so disappointed and I can't believe how quickly all my strength and endurance depleted.
