Feeling powerful

Another slow start today but at least I wasn't trying to make any excuses -- just some good old procrastination. I've been trying to wake up a little earlier than usual because I'm always late to get out the door, but so far the result has just been that I feel like I have extra time to put off starting the workout. Goal for tomorrow: set a hard start time to be in my exercise clothes and moving, and stick to it.

Anyway, I feel better and more relaxed having done a cardio + abs combo. I am really enjoying the ~40 minute workout length of the FB Blend videos so far. I think that's my sweet spot. HIIT and core work are historically my least favorite exercise types and I can't really say that I've started to look forward to them, but I can absolutely feel a difference these days and enjoy the feeling of more power. I was able to do superfast, feet-barely-touching burpees, and could feel how much new muscle I've built through my core during the abs sections.
