Diastasis Recti?

I thought I had read and read about diastasis recti enough to know what to do and what not to do.

Here I am confused again!

Am I not supposed to be strength training? I knew most core exercises were off limits but in one of the articles that K&D have it says not to lift heavy.

I’m having a hard time right now. I’ve been so excited because I’ve been feeling healthier, my clothes are fitting better..a little bit. That’s where the diastasis recti comes in. The little pooch area is so annoying. I’m so scared it’ll never go away.

Has anyone on here successfully healed their diastis recti?

I just feel so sad about it. I’m trying not to but to think about avoiding a million different exercises, not knowing which ones are actually making my DR worse...

What do I even do? It almost makes me scared to even work out.
