Dealing with Stress and Anger

Hello FB Family,

really I just wanted to post this to say thank you!

In the past months, I've had a lot of stuff happen in my family and my life as a student at University just seems to grow more stressful every day. I've noticed my mental health declining and spent weeks on an emotional roller-coaster that took me from irrationally angry to deeply sad to just depressed. Luckily for me though, in the past two months, I have rediscovered FB. I have really felt the positive impact from finally exercising regularly and being able to control at least one part of my life. To anyone out there who is struggling: We are all in this together! This community keeps me going and I just want to say: Thank you!
