Working out with little sleep?

So, this has been a crazy week at work, I have to do a very long and important project in a very tiny deadline (tomorrow is the deadline for part 1 lol), so I haven't been sleeping very well, for instance yesterday I slept almost 4 hours, today I managed a little more than 5.

However, today is also a workout day on my calendar, it has hiit and strength so my question is, can you workout with little sleep? Is it healthy or should I just wait until I can finally sleep again?
