Eager Question! Are FB workouts enough?

I was wondering if the programs will be enough fit activity for the day, I don't do much on my feet and I'm mostly sitting at work, but I do the FB workouts each day, (FB burn and FB Abs) I also try not to consume many calories, Im 5,4 143 lbs, and I'm trying to get down to 138, being lean with muscle. My calorie limit is 1570, Also with working out, are we suppose to be working off 500 calories daily?
