Non-appearance related goals and achievements

What I love most about FB is their focus on a strong, able body, rather than inches off your waits. It was that approach that started my journey from thoughts like ‘I want to *insert fun thing here*, I just need to loose 5kg first’ to me looking in the mirror and not really paying attention to hos my body looks - just appreciating how it feels and what it can do.

I am just starting Abs round 2 after a long break from working out, and wanted to hear if you guys had any non-appearance related goals and achievements to help me stay motivated through the program. My big goal for October is to improve flexibility in my calves and to finish Abs2!
