Feeling good!

Just finished the Day 1 workout for FB Blend - I really love that decreasing-rep lower body lifting workout and hadn't done it in a while. It's such a good one for pushing yourself to try new weight amounts because you know in the last round it's only 6 reps, why not really test the limit.

Just trying to memorize/memorialize this feeling of having pushed myself, gotten a good influx of endorphins and reset my body and mind. This feeling here is worth it.
