Having 5 cheat days in a row

Hey guys! Hope you all doing fine!

I had a rough couple of weeks with some emotional stuff and the last 5 days I binged, I usually never have binge attack’s.

I may have a cheat day or a meal once a month but nothing extreme.

I ate 5 days in a row a lots of ice cream, croissants, some Nutella, fruits (nectarines) and some yogurt. No actual food besides some chicken breasts, I did hiit, treadmill, strength training, didn’t miss my routine.

Even though I needed this 5 days and I enjoyed my sweets because I don’t eat sugar, I feel, as usual, guilty because I’m afraid that I may gain weight...

If it was 2 days I would not be nervous, but it’s 5.... What do you think guys?

I will eat on deficit this week for some damage control. What else can I do?
