Feeling pumped and happy

Well well guys! Today´s workout was tough but I did it! Didn´t think it would be tough enough for me to get my heart rate up and to break a lot of sweat. The exercises were:

Jumping jacks 1 min.

High knees 30 sec.

Side to side jumps 30 sec.

Pop squats 30 sec.

Mountain climbers 30 sec.

Burpees + Push ups 30 sec.

Crunches 30 sec.

Butt kicks + two tuck jumps 30 sec.

Break dancers 30 sec

Table top torso twists 30 sec.

Side to side shuffles + direction change 30 sec.

Two Times Through with one minute rest between the sets + a warm up before. The workout itself took about 16 min.

I did the modified version for the push ups but I felt the burn. I also skipped the tuck jumps in the second rounds but did the butt kicks faster.. I feel so happy and need to go eating now! :)
