Bruised ribs....what workouts??

Last weekend I managed to bruise my ribs (at least I'm pretty sure they're bruised, not cracked/broken). I have taken the week off from working out to let it heal, but I am going a little nuts not doing ANYTHING. It hurts to do much, but what workouts CAN I do?? I was in the middle of FB Burn, but that's a no-go right now, and I'll be starting it over. Any suggestions? Thank you!
