Happy Weekend to Everyone,

I discovered I am not stretching enough. I will need to add that to my workouts at least 3 times a week.

Tomorrow I will tackle the 80 min workout. Today I will tackle dress shopping for Savannah. She is going to the Homecoming Dance next month and needs the perfect dress.
