This is what you mean when you say "namasté" in Yoga. I just stumbled across this translation and wanted to share it. I think it´s so important that we realize that everyone has a light inside of them.

Also, I wanted to share some progress I´ve made in my yoga practice:) The pose on the right is called "peacock pose" and it took me a very long time to get it:D Progress, not perfection^^
