Fellow nurses, advice for the long days and staying consistent?

Hey FB friends!!

Any nurses out there? Or another profession that involves a long day on your feet? I'm really struggling because after a 12 hour work day I pretty much get home and go right to bed. And on my weekends off we like to travel and visit friends/family. Which only leaves me like 2 days a week to get a good workout in.

How are you getting your workouts in on those long days? Any advice/ encouragement is much appreciated! Thanks!
