Walking and PIlates

I've completed 5 FB programs this year. Since school started again (I'm a teacher) I've just been so tired after work the last couple weeks. I teach music and see 550 students a week and a lot of my lessons include movement activities. I decided to give myself a break and not do a FB program right now. I'm walking 20-30 minutes a day and doing some light pilates. It's been relaxing. Any other teachers out there relate?
