Hi everyone! Tomorrow I will finish the Body weight program. I am already looking at what program to do next. I have two things to figure out though: 1. How to choose a program that will go well with the Abs program (I had 2 c-sections 15 months apart), and also how to incorporate running. If I do two programs at once, running may not happen because of time. So have any of you altered your calendar to include running? Thanks!
