Goals for the day

I have a lot on my plate today, and was relieved to discover that day 18 of FBstrong was an active recovery day. While stretching, I thought of what I want to achieve today. I will try to drink plenty of water to keep my body properly hydrated and also keep the selftalk positive.

What are your goals for the day?

I'd love to hear about it. Here is a picture of the sun rising on my way back from the gym. The sunrises and sunsets are so beautiful in Kansas!
