Finding my way back

Hello FB Family,

OK, so being brutally honest these last few days have been a wipe out. As of yesterday I hadn't worked out in 4 days. (Rare for me). I lost all motivation not only to work out but to do anything.

I was stressed, couldn't pull myself from the sofa and/or bed and had given in to the junk food cravings for comfort. Basically I just wasn;t taking care of myself. All of which left me feeling predictably awful.

Yesterday I kind of knew that if I didn't take some positive steps things were going to spiral. I managed 20 mins LI. Today I did this;

I really recommend both but particularly the second one. It's only 12 mins and (as ever) it is really tweak-able. I notched it up to a 4 for me today. I think it's a hidden gem as there aren't many comments on it. I go on holiday on Saturday for 10 days and will do this when I am away.

This has helped me feel back on track, I've gotten some things done and (so far!) have made good choices in the kitchen!!
