I fell on my nose

Today, I did a HIIT and Core workout. The first interval was a burpee+push up. Normally I can do 3-4 full push ups, before switching to my knees. So no harm with doing full push ups.

Well, this time it was quite different.

I jumped my feet out, started to bend my ellbows, suddenly collapsed, and kissed the ground. What happend?

I just forgot that I had a tough upper body workout yesterday. I am not sore or feel any weakness, but full push ups are not possible. :)

I continued and successfully finished the workout with a few modifications. :)

Does something like that happen to you too?
