HKS Accountability Group Sep 25

Good Morning!

I have some extra time before work so I thought I would start us off.

This morning I had a HIIT Core combo with Daniel. It was a good length, challenging (stupid kick throughs!) and even though you ended up doing 4 sets of everything, the way it was separated made doing 2 rounds of each at a time bearable. I think my abs were supposed to be screaming more though. Since I was hoping for a more serious burn tonight I will do some abs while watching tv.
